Yes. Hypnosis is a state of focused attention that you create within yourself — I simply guide it. Being in your own familiar, comfortable space often makes it easier, not harder. All you need is a quiet room, headphones, and a stable connection.
No. Stage hypnosis is entertainment; this is therapeutic work. You cannot be made to do anything against your values, you'll remember the session, and you can open your eyes and stop at any moment. My role is to guide — yours is to choose.
It depends on what you're working with. Some people find a single session is enough to shift a specific response; deeper or longer-standing patterns tend to settle best over a package. We'll talk it through honestly and choose the right fit together.
No. Hypnotherapy is a complementary practice for wellbeing, focus, and stress — it does not diagnose or treat medical or psychological conditions, and it isn't a replacement for care from a licensed physician or therapist. If you're under treatment, keep your providers in the loop.
I'm based in White Plains, New York, and work with clients virtually — so you can book from anywhere. Sessions are scheduled and paid securely through PocketSuite when you book.
